Clean bathroom with a bath and comfortable, absolutely perfect setting just off a residential area, close to the center and a pub, as well as a convenient location for moving the car by 9 am.

the host made our visit to plymouth really comfortable. we got an electric kettle, a microwave and central heating. there was a bath in the shared bathroom. there was a restaurant called the eatin project, offering lunch/dinner, it was next to the venue.

The host was super friendly and hooked us up with free breakfast. The room we stayed in was mega spacious and had all the essentials like a kettle and mini fridge. The location was chill too, not in the center of Plymouth but easy to reach Torpoint Ferry and Tinside Lido for some sick activities. Definitely da bomb!
If I had to mention one thing, it would be that we wished there was a cooler hangout spot for us young, party-going peeps. A dope common area or something would've made the stay even more lit.

The Stay Connected feature with free in-room WiFi was a lifesaver during my stay. It was like having a personal concierge at my fingertips, guiding me through the city's hidden gems and keeping me connected to the outside world. I never felt lost or disconnected, thanks to the seamless WiFi connection provided by Comfort Rooms.
Contacting staff was challenging.

The apartment was fairly clean and located close to the center of Plymouth and the harbor. The staff were understanding and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, just a 10-minute drive from Plymouth Hoe.

The check-in process was super smooth, and even though we didn't meet anyone in person, the lady on the phone guided us perfectly. The complimentary drinks on arrival were a total game-changer, and the early morning free breakfast was on point. We couldn't have asked for a better start to our day before heading out to Torpoint Ferry and Tinside Lido. Highly recommend it for a memorable stay!
If I had to nitpick, it would be awesome if Comfort Rooms had more chill-out areas or a common room where young party-goers like us could hang out and socialize. Just a small suggestion to make the experience even more awesome!

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was clean and comfortable. The fresh milk, cereal, eggs, and bread provided for breakfast were a nice touch. the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of parking spaces available nearby.
Our stay was marred by the lack of staff on site and the difficulty in reaching anyone for assistance. The communication was poor and we had to rely on the help of a nearby local to get the key to our room.
